Order

I AM HAVING PROBLEM PLACING AN ORDER. WHAT CAN I DO?

If you have any problem while placing an order feel free to call us at +39 02 3674 5846 or send an e-mail at info@timeforyourskin.com. We will be glad to help you with your order. In case we are out of office please leave a vocal messagge on our voice mail.

CAN I DECIDE WHICH FREE SAMPLES WILL BE INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?

At the checkout page you can select which kind of free samples you wish to receive. If you wish to receive a specific type of sample, please let us know by writing a comment in your order or just send us an email. We will try to insert that sample it in your order. Note that the service is due to current stock availablity.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER DETAILS AFTER SUBMITTED IT?

Regarding products exchange or delivery address variation, please provide new instructions as soon as possible. Indeed we do our best to process and ship orders as fast as we can.

For any other special instructions, such as preferred day for delivery, please contact us at info@timeforyourskin.com .

In case you want to change an order placed on an holiday day, please provide new instruction within the first working day.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORIGINAL?

Yes, they are. Our suppliers are authorized distributors or directly product’s makers. If you need further information please contact us.

CAN I ASK FOR PRODUCT'S INGREDIENTS LIST?

If you wish to receive further information regarding products you wish to purchase, please drop an email at info@timeforyourskin.com . We will be happy to help you in finding the ingredients list.

CAN I ASK FOR PRODUCTS NOT AVAILABLE ON YOUR SITE?

If you are looking for a particular product and it is not shown on our website please contact us at info@timeforyourskin.com. Our team will be happy to assist you and do whatever it takes for finding the product.

IF A PRODUCT IS "OUT OF STOCK" HOW CAN I BE INFORMED REGARDING ITS FUTURE AVAILABILITY?

If a product is marked as “out of stock” and you want to be update regarding its future availability, please drop an email at info@timeforyourskin.com. We will get back to you as soon as it will become available.

HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept the following payment methods: credit card; PayPal and direct bank transfer. Please note that for orders outside of Italy we do not accept cash on delivery and checks.

WHICH CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept debit and credit card from Visa, Maestro and American Express.

DO YOU ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS?

Yes, we do.

IS IT SAFE PURCHASING WITH CREDIT CARD?

In order to guarantee the highest security standard to our customers, we are compliant to CPI security protocol. This protocol protects your sensitive data from being stolen and allow you to pay online in total safety.

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT FOR PURCHASING WITH PAYPAL?

No, you do not. You can process your payment with a credit or debit card without being registered on PayPal. Once you will redirected on Paypal webpage you can choose between: “pay as guest” or “log in” into your account. If you do not have a Paypal account choose “Pay as guest” and fill the form out with your data.

I NEED AN INVOICE. HOW CAN I OBTAIN IT?

If you need to receive an invoice of your order please fill out the appropriate fields on the order form. In particular make sure to include your VAT number. Otherwise you can send us an email. Note that receiving an invoice may take up to two working days.

Shipment and Delivery

CAN I KNOW THE EXACT DELIVERY HOUR?

Our couriers have the duty to inform you regarding the scheduled delivery day. Unfortunately they cannot be more precise due to traffic conditions or other external problems. If you have special delivery needs, such as a delivery prior to 12 am, please contact us and our team will manage a solution for you.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, you can. Once the courier picked your parcel you will be updated with all the relevant information regarding your shipment. You can check your shipment status also logging into your account. If you do not receive such information or your account does not show anything please contact us at info@timeforyourskin.com

WHAT ABOUT COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME?

Time and shipment’s costs depend on the amount purchased and destination country. If you wish to calculate your expedition costs and delivery time, please select your products and check it out at the checkout page.

Returns and Exchange

CAN I ASK FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE PRODUCTS?

Returns and exchange are admitted only if the product received has not been opened. used or damaged in any way. Customers has 14 days beginning from the day they received the parcel for contacting us for a claim.

WHEN YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGE REQUEST?

The return right is exercised properly if the following conditions are fully met: a. should the Return Form is correctly transmitted online through the website timeforyourskin.com or other unequivocal statement of your decision to recess from the contract must be properly completed and provided to the Vendor within fourteen (14) calendar from the date of delivery of the products; b. the products must not have been used; c. the products must be returned in their original packaging; if you want to return a kit, you have to return all the items included, this provision also applies to any enclosed free samples; d. the returned products must be delivered to the shipping company within fourteen (14) days of service since you announced your decision to the Vender to terminate the contract; e. products must not be damaged.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

You can return the products either by the approved courier (as indicated on the online Return Form) via the pre-paid, personalized return label enclosed in your original order; or by packaging the relevant products securely and sending them to Vendor using another courier.

HOW CAN I BE REIMBURSED AFTER A RETURN?

Money will be refunded as soon as possible and in any event within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Vendor is aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal.
